Overview
AWX is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Labourers to join our agile team in Cairns and surrounding areas.
We offer exciting short- and long-term opportunities across a variety of industries including landscaping, civil and building construction, warehousing and manufacturing for applicants that are self-motivated and bring a positive CAN DO attitude to the team.
These roles will be on a Casual basis as needed by our clients.
You need to have the ability to commence immediately.
A main requirement is for people who fit our culture with a positive "CAN DO" attitude and be self-motivated.
Role Requirements
Current Drivers Licence
Own Transport
Current Construction White Card
Must reside in the Cairns area
Demonstrated Labouring Experience
Generic Requirements
Own PPE including long sleeve high vis, hard hat, steel capped boots and safety glasses
Physically capable for manual duties
Ability to work long hours
A quick learner who can think on their feet
Reliable and flexible
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work unsupervised and with others
