What's the role?
An exciting opportunity is currently available for a seasoned Technology Program Manager with significant Testing Environments SME to complement our Technology Transformation Team.
You will play an instrumental part of leading
Technology Program Delivery
across the
UNITE
program to support a high-profile, time-critical program focused on uplifting testing environments and integrating multiple application layers across a complex technology landscape.
TheUNITE program is Westpac's biggest transformation project ever.
It is a business-led, tech-enabled transformation - delivering simplification and benefits for our customers, employees and shareholders.

As the key point of contact for managing and coordinating environment delivery, this role will work closely with other Technology Program Managers and senior stakeholders to maintain delivery stability while enabling agility in a fast-paced environment and ensuring rigorous governance, coordination, and impact assessment of all delivery requests.
Responsibilities
Advanced
Program Manager
(Tech focussed essential) practical experience in overseeing large
Enterprise
scale, technically complex programs within
diverse Technology
domains.
Advanced SME in respect to Technology testing environments.
Deep understanding of program delivery governance frameworks and processes in enterprise environments, underpinned by deep analytical and problem-solving skills.
Sound ability to interpret system and documentation for impact assessment.
Outstanding hands-on knowledge and experience overseeing large-scale technology test setting management and application integration.
Deep experience working with diverse Technology teams
and third-party vendors to facilitate and manage testing delivery.
Advanced reporting skills, including presenting risks and decisions to executive audience.
Able to cater your language and style to suit non-technical and high technical stakeholders at all levels.
Strong familiarity with Test management and deployment tools as well as project delivery methodologies (e.g. Waterfall, Agile).
