About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen operations, inspire our culinary team, and deliver exceptional dining experiences. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire kitchen, designing seasonal menus, maintaining high food quality and hygiene standards, and managing food costs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations
* Plan and create innovative, high-quality menus in line with our brand
* Maintain excellent food presentation, taste, and consistency
* Oversee food preparation and ensure compliance with health and safety standards
* Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff
* Manage inventory, food ordering, and kitchen budgets
* Ensure efficient stock rotation and waste reduction
* Collaborate with restaurant management to optimize customer satisfaction and business performance

Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a fast-paced kitchen
* Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and hygiene regulations
* Creativity in menu planning, functions and presentation
* Leadership and team management skills
* Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards
* Excellent organizational and time management abilities
* Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred
