The Opportunity
Our global Learning and Organisational Development (L&OD;) team works as one, providing high quality learning experiences to our people worldwide. We are a collaborative and supportive team seeking an experienced L&OD; Advisor to support coordination of L&OD; programmes, projects and initiatives. You will gain exposure to a wide range of responsibilities and projects with visibility and impact across the firm. Key responsibilities may include:
- Programme coordination — learning event management and logistics, calendar establishment, facilitator coordination, learning technology, and budget oversight
- Supporting L&OD; Managers with the administration of coaching assignments
- Managing external vendors including negotiating and invoice management
- Updating and maintaining our Learning Management System (LMS)
- Being the first point of contact for L&OD; queries, programme participants and staff requests
- Supporting strategic L&OD; projects

Requirements
- Prior experience in a Learning and Organisational Development Coordination or Events Coordination role, ideally in a law firm or professional services environment
- Outstanding organisational and project management skills with proven ability to deliver multiple programmes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Zoom/Teams for supporting online events
- Experience with a Learning Management System
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude
