We’re on the hunt for a young, motivated all-rounder to join our team across Pro-Cut Tree Services and Mack Pack Self Storage.
This isn’t your average yard job — you’ll be out and about, working with a tight crew, learning new skills, and playing a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing
No two days are the same. Your role will include:
* Visiting Mack Pack sites to check units, clean, and handle basic maintenance
* Refilling vending machines and keeping sites looking sharp
* Assisting customers with leasing, sign-ups & general enquiries (via our CRM system)
* Supporting Pro-Cut crews at the end of each day (checklists, prep for next jobs)
* Helping with loading/unloading equipment and organising the yard
* Assisting with deliveries of tools, gear & supplies
* Occasionally working alongside our mechanic on vehicle maintenance
What We’re Looking For
We care more about attitude than experience — but ideally, you’ll be:
* ✅ Young, energetic & ready to learn
* ✅ Reliable and able to take initiative
* ✅ Comfortable with a mix of physical work + basic customer interaction
* ✅ Keen on hands-on work (bonus if you’re into cars, tools, or trades)
* ✅ Able to juggle a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
* Driver’s licence (manual preferred)
* Willing/able to obtain a Working With Children Check (WWCC)
* Some hands-on experience (trades, mechanical, labouring — anything practical)
The Details
* Start Date: ASAP (April 2026)
* Hours: Approx. 10am – 6pm (perfect if you’re not a morning person 😄)
* Employment: Casual to start, with potential for full-time after 3–6 months
* Pay: $30–$35/hr + Super (based on experience)
