About your role As an Administration Officer in Human Resources Support, you will provide accurate, efficient and professional administrative assistance to the HR team. In this role, you will: * Provide high-quality administrative support to the Manager and HR team * Manage correspondence, emails and telephone enquiries, ensuring timely responses * Prepare letters, memos and documentation in line with HR policies and procedures * Maintain accurate records management systems and ensure data integrity * Organise and prioritise your workload to meet deadlines and team needs About you You are organised, adaptable and service-oriented, with strong communication skills and a commitment to supporting both people and processes. You will bring: * Experience in administrative support, ideally within HR or a professional services environment * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines * Sound problem-solving skills and attention to detail * Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic records systems * A relevant qualification is highly regarded but not mandatory.
