At **Toyota Material Handling Australia (TMHA)**, we pride ourselves on delivering world-class equipment and exceptional customer service. We're looking for a **Receptionist/Administration Assistant** who's organised, professional, and ready to keep our branch running smoothly.
**What you'll be doing**:
- Greeting visitors and providing a warm, professional welcome
- Answering and directing calls with efficiency and care
- Assisting with general administrative tasks to support the team
- Maintaining reception and office areas to a high standard
- Coordinating incoming and outgoing mail
**What we're looking for**:
- Current drivers licence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A friendly, professional, and proactive approach
- Previous admin/reception experience.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience within an administration/clerical role. Experience in a mechanical service type business is desirable.
- Intermediate level of experience with Microsoft office suite including but not limited to Excel, PowerPoint and Word,
- Previous experience in a fast pace working environment.
- Proven experience with dealing with both internal and external customers.
