* Requires: Heavy Combination (HC) licence and proven civil construction site supervisory experience as the Senior Site Supervisor Civil Construction.
* Salary guide: The $50/hr is the probation rate for up to 6 months. After that, there may be an increase in pay and provision of a vehicle once the candidate is confident in performing as a fully capable hybrid leading hand/supervisor. Any pay increase will be linked to performance and production outcomes.
* Location: Southern suburbs of Perth, WA.

* Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities and onsite teams including machine operators and labourers.
* Oversee earthworks operations ensuring safe and efficient use of machinery and materials.
* Develop and implement detailed work schedules and progress plans to meet set deadlines.
* Conduct quality inspections, detect defects, and manage rectification works on site.
* Manage subcontractors, report project timelines, and keep comprehensive documentation of site performance.
* Liaise closely with project managers, engineers, and clients for seamless site communication and problem resolution.
