Job Description About the Role We're seeking a hands-on Finance Manager to join our clients team as they transition from exploration into a producing mining operation. This critical role will drive financial planning, budgeting, and reporting, and ensure the financial function scales effectively to support operations, ASX compliance, and long-term strategic goals. Key Responsibilities Lead development and maintenance of Life of Mine (LOM) financial models and scenario planning. Manage budgeting and forecasting processes across all departments and project stages. Prepare timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for internal stakeholders and the ASX. Work closely with operations, geology, and project teams to align financial forecasts with project execution. Oversee the implementation and optimisation of SAP (S/4 HANA) for financial and operational reporting. Ensure compliance with ASX reporting requirements, including quarterly cash flow reports and financial statements. Support funding activities, including financial modelling and due diligence for investors or lenders. Drive cost control initiatives and provide insightful variance analysis. Support finance team development and mentor junior finance staff as the team grows. Skills & Experience CA/CPA qualified with 5–10 years of experience in mining or resources. Proven experience supporting a mining company through project development into production. Strong understanding of LOM modelling, project economics, and capital planning. In-depth knowledge of ASX reporting requirements and corporate compliance. Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills. Experience with SAP S/4 HANA or similar ERP systems.
