In this role, you will improve strategies and solutions for the relevant industrial activities, with the help of the specialised product architect and the Process Engineering Manager - Industrialisation, to make it possible to reliably produce or service a product or system. Working at our Bendigo site, on Dja Dja Wurrung Land, you will be working alongside other process engineering team members delivering improvements and facilitating process maturity and performance across the teams. Your exciting new career opportunity will see you: Manage the industrialisation work packages and ensure the product and process maturity until industrial performance objectives are met. Work with the Process Engineers (for methods and testing), assist in preparing quotes. Coordinate the team of professionals involved (industry, procurement, development) YOUR EXPERIENCE: Experience in implementation of continuous improvement and management tools (Lean: flow management, conducting Gemba Walks, Compass Room, Plan Do Check Act (PDCA), TPM, etc). Intermediate knowledge of production and repair processes, products and their manufacturing or repair processes. Knowledge of industrial management control and stock management and flow management methodologies. Knowledge of production tools, industrial IT & use of dashboards (analysis, decision support).
