We're excited to present multiple Batcher in Charge positions from Chinderah to Upper Coomera. In this key role, you'll be central to our production process, ensuring we meet manufacturing costs and exceed customer expectations. You'll also have the opportunity to operate a front-end loader, with training provided. To succeed, you'll need to be customer-focused, adept at multitasking, and committed to a safe working environment. **Your day will involve**:
- Accurately batching orders to meet mix designs and ensure quality.
- Managing day-to-day Concrete Batch Plant operations smoothly.
- Efficiently batching concrete and allocating trucks to meet needs.
- Performing general maintenance and operating a front-end loader as needed.
- Driving concrete agitator trucks when required.
**What are we looking for?**
- A strong commitment to safety and the setting, with top-notch customer service skills.
- HR driver's licence is a bonus, not essential.
- Front-end loader ticket preferred, with training available.
- Excellent communication skills and computer literacy.
- Proven teamwork and collaboration abilities.
- Experience in batching or concrete industry is a plus, but not required.
- A positive attitude and dedication to our motivated team.
