W Brisbane, situated at 81 North Quay, Brisbane City, is currently hiring a Full Time Kitchen Steward. As a Kitchen Steward, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen facilities. Your responsibilities will encompass a diverse range of tasks aimed at maintaining cleanliness and efficiency in the kitchen area.
As a Kitchen Steward, you will be responsible for the following:
* Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools, including the dish washing machine and hand wash stations pot-scrubbing station.
* Wash and disinfect kitchen areas, tables, tools, knives, and equipment using detergent, rinsing, and sanitizing chemicals.
* Clean and mop all areas throughout the kitchen.
* Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report maintenance needs to manager.
