We are seeking an experienced Senior Document Controller to join our Document Control team for this project. The role will be based on-site, Monday to Friday, for Darwin locals.

Your responsibilities will include:
* Processing and maintaining documentation in both the Client and Clough systems
* Managing incoming and outgoing document submissions from clients and suppliers, ensuring all project standards are met
* Ensuring the project design and delivery teams are informed about the correct use of the EDMS
* Responding to documentation enquiries from project teams, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
* Creating and distributing document status reports
* Contributing to the development and improvement of document control systems and processes

* Experience in processing and maintaining project documentation
* Knowledge of EDMS and document management standards
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to contribute to system improvements
