Activity Coordinator Position
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Activity Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents.
About the Role
This casual position requires weekend availability and involves supporting residents in various activities, both within the facility and out in the community. The successful candidate will be responsible for organising and participating in games, outings, and social events that bring joy and connection to our residents.
As an Activity Coordinator, you will play a vital role in enriching the lives of our residents by building meaningful relationships and encouraging fun and engagement. You will work collaboratively with our Shift Managers (Nursing & Facility) to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and services.
Requirements
* Prior experience as an activity assistant or equivalent
* Initiative and ability to effectively prioritise and multitask
* Great communication skills (spoken and written)
* Attention to detail will guide you to success in this role
