The Role

As part of our team, you will primarily be working with an inpatient caseload within St Andrews Hospital Toowoomba. There is also some scope for a partial outpatient load across our 2 locations if this is something you are also keen to experience.

This role is tailored to suit your experience and preferences, with both full-time and part-time opportunities available. It is a fantastic opportunity to have a significant impact on the optimal lifelong health of others and further develop your clinical excellence as part of our team of lifelong learners. New graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply

Your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

* Building and managing a loyal caseload by providing outstanding care to a diverse client base.
* Treating a wide range of conditions, including sports injuries, general musculoskeletal issues, and pre/post-operative rehabilitation.
* Developing and implementing personalised exercise and rehabilitation programs tailored to client needs.
* Addressing underlying causes of injuries holistically, promoting long-term health and wellness.
* Educating the local community about health and wellness through outreach and marketing initiatives.
* Collaborating with a network of GPs, Orthopaedic Surgeons, Strength and Conditioning Coaches, personal trainers, and sports teams.


About You

* Holds current AHPRA registration (or is eligible to register) and relevant Physiotherapy qualifications.
* Working with Children Check
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Skilled in clinical reasoning and problem-solving.
* Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong, trust-based client relationships.
* Passionate about professional growth, committed to ongoing education, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented private practice environment.
* Organised, adaptable, and self-motivated.
