About the Opportunity
As a Graduate, you will gain exposure across a variety of projects and disciplines, working alongside experienced teams in site‐based and project environments across South Australia.
We are recruiting across the following disciplines:
* Building & Construction: Construction Management
* Civil & Infrastructure: Civil Engineering
* Engineering & Projects: Civil and Mechanical Engineering
* Environmental Services: Civil, Structural, Environmental Engineering and Construction Management
You will complete structured rotations including project/site opportunities, gaining exposure to delivery, safety, commercial and engineering functions.
What You'll Do
* Support project teams in delivering safe, efficient and high‐quality outcomes
* Assist with planning, reporting, estimating and tendering activities
* Participate in safety, quality and compliance processes
* Contribute to project performance and continuous improvement initiatives
* Build strong relationships across teams, projects and stakeholders
What We're Looking For
* Final year students or recent graduates in Engineering or Construction‐related disciplines
* Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
* Ability to work both independently and within a team
* Interest in site‐based work and project delivery
* Current driver's licence and ability to work across SA project sites
