About the role:
Manage a quality portfolio of SME clients while contributing to team leadership and firm strategy. Work closely with the Director and oversee both onshore and offshore workflow.
* Manage SME clients with turnovers from $1M to $50M
* Review work completed by the offshore team
* Support and guide the local team
* Maintain strong, long-term client relationships
* Oversee workflow and deliver high-quality outcomes
* Collaborate with the Director on strategic planning and growth
Skills & Experience:
* CA or CPA qualified
* Proven ability to lead teams within public practice
* Experienced in managing complex client portfolios
* Confident in mentoring, reviewing, and developing staff
* Strategic thinker with strong communication and leadership skills
