At Glasshaus, we work with Nature.
We have a retail florist shop in busy Swan St Richmond which also has an online presence. We are heavily involved in the events industry for both corporate and private clients, as well as providing flowers for weddings and other personal events.
We are looking for a dynamic and creative qualified florist to join our team on a full time basis. You will be a key person setting creative direction for events and weddings. Your salary expectation should match your experience and we are open to negotiation for extremally experienced personal. Flexible working arrangements may apply.
You should have:
- A strong technical background in floristry
- Creative design flair
- A collaborative approach and ability to work well in a team workplace
- Professional knowledge of flowers and their care
- Professional knowledge in processes for pricing of flowers for use in events and quoting for weddings
- Visual merchandising skills
- Strong sales skills - both retail and face-to-face with private clients
- Strong appreciation for current design trends
- Skills in mood board presentation and written copy
