APS6 Threat and Assurance Analyst Role
This is a key position within an organisation that plays a critical role in enhancing the quality of life and increasing economic and social participation for people with disability.
We are seeking an experienced APS6 Threat and Assurance Analyst to deliver quality outcomes across various functions. The successful candidate will be accountable under broad direction to undertake work, exercising sound decision-making and judgement to produce intelligence advice and operational support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conducting fused threat analysis in a complex context.
* Managing policy, doctrine, process and governance of threat capabilities.
* Conducting vulnerability and behavioural analysis, providing security intelligence advice about threat capabilities.
* Engaging with internal and external partners to influence and reduce organisational risk exposure.
* Managing relationships and gaining insight into critical vulnerabilities about trusted insiders.
* Supporting senior management in identifying trends and providing intelligence advice on complex security matters.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in intelligence, cyber security, investigation or similar roles.
* Intelligence and/or security qualifications.
* Background or experience in the application of intelligence and knowledge of the intelligence cycle and/or detailed knowledge of operations.
* Initiative appropriate to level.
* Effective time management with a solution-focused approach.
* Ability to present findings through written and verbal communication to a high standard
