Workshop Manager – FIFO | WA Projects
Lead the Team. Own the Workshop. Drive Performance.
Ready to step into a leadership role where you're trusted to run the show? MLG is chasing a hands‐on, no‐nonsense workshop manager to lead our high‐performing workshop crews across Western Australia. If you know your gear, back your leadership, and want a roster that works for you — this is it.
The Deal
* Permanent, full‐time role
* 8:6 roster – dayshift only
* FIFO from any Australian capital city
* $5 per hour site bonus (paid fortnightly)
* Super paid on ALL hours

What You'll Be Running
You'll oversee workshop operations across site projects, driving uptime, safety, and team performance. You'll lead from the front – mentoring trades, developing apprentices, and keeping the fleet turning.

* CAT 980–990 Loaders
* 40–45T CAT Excavators
* Kenworth & Mack Prime Movers
* Side Tippers
* QSK19 Engines
What You Bring
* HD Diesel Mechanic Trade Certificate
* Valid Driver's Licence (HR+ highly regarded)
* Proven experience leading trades & apprentices
* Strong CMMS knowledge (Pronto ideal)
* Solid organisation, time management & people skills
