The senior procurement officer is an integral part of the organization's end-to-end procurement activities across raw materials, packaging, consumables, and services.
This position ensures adherence to internal procedures, supports documentation and reporting, and collaborates cross-functionally to meet operational and regulatory needs.
 * Coordinate purchase orders for raw materials, packaging, consumables, and services in accordance with approved specifications and budgets.
 * Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery, complete documentation, and quality compliance.
 * Manage quotation comparisons, support price negotiation, and assist in contract setup.
 * Maintain accurate and complete procurement records (POS, contracts, supplier evaluations).
 * Evaluate and implement process improvements to drive efficiency, compliance, and alignment with business goals.
