Superstar Receptionist Wanted
Are you the kind of person who loves people, enjoys conversation, and lights up a room the moment someone walks through the door?
We are on the lookout for a full time Client Support Team Member to join our passionate admin crew at EmPower Better Health, an allied health clinic all about helping people move more and live better.
Our Client Support Team are the heart of our clinics.

We're ready for the right person to start as soon as possible, so if you are available now or very soon and this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you.

* Thrives in a front facing role where no two conversations or days are the same
* Stays calm under pressure and can juggle competing priorities while remaining friendly and present
* Takes pride in the details and ensures every interaction feels professional and personal
* Loves being part of a supportive, positive team that works hard and laughs often
* Shows initiative and curiosity and looks for ways to improve systems and client experience
* Is reliable, dependable, and genuinely cares about supporting both clients and teammates
Experience in administration or healthcare is a bonus, but empathy, people skills, and a great attitude matter most.
