Employability Skills Trainer Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Employability Skills Trainer to deliver training and support services to help individuals achieve their employment goals. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating personalized career pathways and promoting our services to the community.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employability skills
* Support participants in identifying their strengths and developing career plans
* Build relationships with local employers and community organizations to promote our services
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared objectives and improve service outcomes
Requirements:
* Eligibility to work in Australia
* A current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle
* Ability to complete a Criminal History Check and Working with Children Check
* Availability to work part-time Monday to Friday, between 8am and 5pm
