Join the leadership team at one of Australia's most serene wellness destinations. Our Bathhouse is the centre of the Aurora experience — a soothing thermal circuit of pools, sauna, steam, halotherapy and cold therapy. We're seeking a Spa & Wellness Supervisor (Bathhouse) to co-lead this space alongside another experienced Supervisor, ensuring continuity, calm, and a beautifully managed guest flow.
About the Role
In this shared leadership role, you'll oversee daily bathhouse operations, support smooth guest movement through the thermal spaces, and ensure the facilities are immaculate and functioning at their best. You'll work collaboratively with the other Bathhouse Supervisor to maintain consistency across shifts and uphold Aurora's signature standard of care.
What You'll Do
* Co‐lead and support the Bathhouse Wellness Advisor team
* Maintain calm, organised bathhouse session flow
* Oversee readiness, cleanliness and safety of pools & thermal areas
* Manage maintenance coordination and daily facility checks
* Deliver warm, clear guest communication on the floor
About You
You're grounded, guest‐focused, love being on the floor, and thrive in calm, structured environments. Experience in wellness, spa or hospitality operations is ideal. You enjoy working collaboratively and value shared leadership.
