We are seeking an experienced Senior Audio Visual Technician to join our team. As a key member of our technical crew, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional audiovisual experiences at high-profile events across various venues.
In this role, you will collaborate with our team to set up, operate, and pack down events, working independently as well as part of a dynamic team. Your expertise in audiovisual technology will ensure seamless event execution, exceeding client expectations.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing technical direction and leadership to the team
* Liaising with clients to understand their requirements and deliver tailored solutions
* Maintaining quality control and efficiency throughout event execution
* Overseeing the performance of the technical team, fostering professional growth and development
* Contributing to planning, resource allocation, and best-practice implementation to drive operational excellence and achieve organizational goals
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:
* 5+ years of experience in the audiovisual or events industry
* Proven expertise in corporate events and live productions
* Strong customer service skills and pride in personal presentation
* Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights and weekends
