This role offers a permanent contract with our aviation client, along with highly accommodating leave packages that prioritize work-life balance.You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality RTO and Part 147 maintenance training, conducting assessments, and ensuring compliance with aviation training standards. Your role will be key in developing and guiding future aircraft engineers through theory and practical lessons, exams, and hands-on assessments.Key ResponsibilitiesTeach both theoretical and practical aviation subjects.Review and enhance curriculum, teaching methods, and assessments.Conduct exams, assess student performance, and provide feedback.Support and mentor students throughout their training.Develop teaching materials and hands-on training activities.Stay updated with CASA Part 66, EASA Part 66, and Australian Aeroskills training regulations.Maintain compliance with ASQA, OH&S, and company policies.Travel domestically and internationally when required.What We're Looking For Strong aviation background as an AME or LAME with a passion for training. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Knowledge of CASA and/or EASA regulations. Ability to create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
