Key Responsibilities
This role will involve ensuring the seamless operation of our IT systems and services, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and collaborating with team members to foster an environment of support and innovation. You will also engage with colleagues via phone or digital channels to address incidents and service requests, maintain accurate records of work completed, and adhere to Service Management policies and procedures.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need proficiency in both Microsoft Server and Client Operating Systems, as well as expertise in Managing Anti-Virus Solutions. Familiarity with networking concepts and principles, FTP Administration, Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, and backup solutions is also essential. Proven experience in managing File Server and Share Administration is required, and having experience with Linux, Unix, and MacOS will give you a competitive edge. A strong background in service-oriented roles, with extensive customer-facing experience, is also necessary.
