NRI has a need for a specialist in Release Management with a proven ability to manage end-to-end release processes within ITSM environments. This expertise is essential to minimise service disruptions, ensure compliance, and maintain operational stability while engaging effectively with stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
* Extensive experience in coordinating release management activities, ensuring adherence to established processes and minimising risks to services.
* Acts as the central point of communication for change and release-related activities, providing timely updates to stakeholders, including IT teams, senior management, and business users.
* Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships, fostering effective collaboration and building strong partnerships.
* Strong organisational, tracking, follow-up, and analytical skills, enabling the collection and analysis of factual data, preparation of logical conclusions, and creation of high-quality reports for senior stakeholders.
* Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities and provide practical solutions to emerging challenges.
* Self-starter capable of identifying process improvements and managing multiple projects/action items with minimal supervision.
* Committed to delivering exceptional change and release management services, maintaining a focus on quality and operational stability.
* ITIL 4 certifications.
* Experience with ITSM tooling, such as ServiceNow, and release management platforms.
* Familiarity with agile and DevOps methodologies to support modern development and release cycles.
* Knowledge of deployment automation tools and CI/CD pipelines to enhance release efficiency.
* Understanding of risk management and impact assessment in change and release contexts.
