The Lifestyle Coordinator (Resident Wellbeing Coordinator) is the heart of the home, setting the tone for resident wellbeing. This role leads the Wellbeing team in creating and delivering meaningful, engaging lifestyle programs for residents. Starting in December 2025 at our brand-new home, you will lead a team to deliver a high-quality lifestyle experience.

Responsibilities
* Lead and mentor Wellbeing Assistants to deliver successful lifestyle activities.
* Develop and deliver meaningful, engaging lifestyle programs for residents.
* Foster an enthusiastic, caring environment that supports resident wellbeing.
* Collaborate with residents, families, and team members to maintain resident dignity and preferences.
* Embrace new technology and software systems to enhance program delivery.
Qualifications
* Certificate IV in Leisure & Health.
* At least 2 years' experience as a Lifestyle Coordinator (Resident Wellbeing) in aged care.
* Creative, compassionate, and supportive approach to program development.
* Strong written, verbal, and presentation/communication skills.
* Ability to build positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
* Ability to work with a multi-cultural community and uphold resident dignity and preferences.
* Willingness to embrace new technology and social media.
* Problem-solving skills and initiative to maximise positive outcomes.
