We are seeking enthusiastic and dynamic Receptionists to join our diverse, compassionate, and dedicated team within the Calvary Kooyong precinct. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be the first point of contact for staff, clients, and their families, delivering a welcoming environment and exemplary customer service at all times.

This casual role supports our reception team by covering both planned and unexpected absences.

Shifts are typically 7:30am–1:00pm or 1:00pm–6:30pm.

We're looking for someone who is flexible and able to step in at short notice when required.

Duties

* Providing exceptional customer service
* Managing a fully functioning reception and switchboard service
* Coordination of administrative services for after-hours admissions and discharges

What You Bring

* Experience with main Switchboard (Cisco System or similar)
* Strong customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
* High level of personal integrity to maintain confidentiality
* Ability to work proficiently and in an organised manner during periods of high demand and activity
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Demonstrated ability to work both within a team environment and autonomously
* Proficient knowledge and application of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission based organisation
