Overview
We are looking for an experienced Principal Geotechnical Engineer who is ready to take the next step in their career. This role will provide technical leadership and market-facing responsibilities for medium‐to‐large civil infrastructure projects across New South Wales and the wider Asia‐Pacific region.
Responsibilities
* Provide geotechnical design advice for multi‐disciplinary projects.
* Plan project work and manage financial aspects.
* Lead and participate in design teams on medium to large projects locally, throughout New Zealand and across the Pacific.
* Network, develop and grow relationships with clients and the geotechnical business.
* Prepare winning bids.
* Promote continuous learning and improvement.
* Develop and mentor others to grow successful careers.
Qualifications
• Chartered engineer with a degree in civil or geotechnical engineering.
• Strong track record in a consulting engineering or contracting environment.
• Proven technical leadership, project delivery, client relationship and staff mentoring skills.
• Passionate about knowledge sharing and seeking better practices.
