About the role:
We are currently hiring passionate and caring CAREGivers to join our Home Instead family! As a CAREGiver, you will be part of a growing team that assists our clients with personal care, light household duties, meal preparation, medication reminders, and transport to appointments, shopping, and social outings.
This role will allow CAREGivers to work flexible hours that enable you to work during the day, evening, or weekends while making a difference through providing compassionate home care and supporting individuals to live independently at home. We are currently seeking CAREGivers ideally available in the morning from 9am onwards.
At our Central Coast & Newcastle office, we have recently expanded our CAREGiver services, and enthusiastic and compassionate CAREGivers are the key to our success.

About you:
* Have a big heart, patience, and a desire to help improve the lives of seniors and their families.
* Previous experience in aged care is advantageous.
* Be personable, compassionate, approachable, and able to build relationships.
* Must have a laptop/tablet and mobile smartphone to be able to navigate through various applications.
* Must have a valid Australian open driver license, access to a reliable car, and have comprehensive car insurance.
