About the Role
In this position, you'll work closely with two teams within People & Culture:
* People Services team: Provides HR Shared Services to managers, employees, and other parts of People & Culture.
* Reward & Analytics team: Analyzes People Data to shape services offered.
You'll also have opportunities to explore other areas of People & Culture or divide your time between teams managing assets, development projects, or corporate operations.
Seniority
**Entry Level**: A role for someone with underlying potential, good motivation, and ability to learn. Typically no direct experience is required.
Responsibilities
* Implementation of People and Culture Projects: Design and implement projects to support organizational goals and meet compliance requirements.
* Organizational Culture Development: Understand and develop a strong, cohesive organizational culture.
* Internal Stakeholder Partnership: Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and advise on Human Resource matters.
