Role overview
As a Disability Support Worker you will provide person-centred care to assist our complex clients with various aspects of their daily living. You may perform personal care, help with medication, shopping, or cooking, and you will support clients to achieve goals that matter to them. We are looking for employees who enjoy a varied workplace and want to grow and build a valuable skillset.
Responsibilities
Provide person-centred care to support clients with varying levels of disability.
Assist with daily living tasks including personal care, medication, shopping, and cooking as required.
Support clients to achieve personal goals and independence.
Work across a variety of shifts, including weekdays and weekends; night shifts may be available.
Qualifications and requirements
Passion for working with disabilities (mental and physical).
Empathy and caring attitude.
Valid NDIS check, CPR and First Aid Certificate.
Fully COVID vaccinated.
Right to work in Australia.
Relevant qualifications are favourable; training will be provided for the right candidate in-house.
