The Role

- Oversee the day‑to‑day running of the office
- Support Directors and Executives
- Coordinate all travel requirements
- Plan and deliver office events, catering, and internal logistics
- Assist with training events, team retreats and staff celebrations

The Criteria

- 3+ years' experience in office/EA roles, ideally in construction
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- High proficiency in MS Office, accounting systems
- Reliable, proactive, high attention to detail
