Job Summary
Central Highlands Water is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee the delivery of high-priority projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide project management expertise to internal and external stakeholders for reliable operation of water and wastewater networks.
* Champion actions required to address network deficiencies, identified failures and innovate improvements in infrastructure asset integrity and operability.
* Initiate, action and guide others in delivering infrastructure and preventative network maintenance works programs that service sustainable regional growth, community health and liveability.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Relevant water or construction industry specialist knowledge and skills.
* Awareness of government agency reporting mechanisms and compliance requirements.
* Ability to ensure workplace OH&S requirements are met and drive an improved workplace safety culture.
* Demonstrated experience in infrastructure related contract management.
* Demonstrated experience in delivering successful project outcomes.
* Demonstrated interpersonal skills to build positive working relationships and rapport with stakeholders.
