At In-Depth Landscape Construction, we bring our clients outdoor spaces to life.
We create boutique front yards to larger scaled residential and commercial projects, we design, build, deliver landscapes that stand out — specialising in landscape architecture and design through to the construction of pools, landscape and fencing across Canberra and the surrounding regions.

Who We're Looking For
* Experienced landscapers who can lead from the front and motivate their crew
* People who take pride in their craft and want to be part of something bigger
To be successful in these roles, you'll need:
* Proven experience in landscape construction (or a strong desire to grow your skills)
* A minimum of 3+ years of landscape construction experience is required
* Ability to read and interpret landscape plans, develop programmes and execute.
* Strong skills in paving, retaining walls, irrigation, decking, planting. Commercial or residential
* Great leadership or teamwork abilities depending on your role
* A positive attitude, reliability, and strong attention to detail
* White Card, Silica, Asbestos + valid driver's license (essential)
* Trade qualifications (a bonus, but not essential)
Key Responsibilities:
Candidates must hold a valid work visa or Australian work rights to be eligible for this position.
* Execute high-quality landscaping projects in either commercial or residential works, including Stone retaining walls, paving, decking, planting, irrigation, and garden installations.
* Read and interpret landscape designs and plans, ensuring accurate execution.
* Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
* Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools.
* Ensure all work is performed safely and complies with industry standards.
* Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring their expectations are met or exceeded.
* Maintain job site cleanliness and organisation.
