**Job Description**:
As a Workforce Australia Activation Support Officer your key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

- Collating, reviewing and analysing spreadsheets and documentary evidence.
- Excellent communication skills, with all stakeholders, including Organisational Excellence, Claims team, Operations etc..
- Quality Assurance of Progress Payments.
- Effectiveness and Efficiency - Time management.
- Ensure team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and contractual obligations Consistently met and exceeded.

**Qualifications**:
**To be successful in our team you will**
- High level of computer literacy
- Dedication to supporting people through difficult periods
- Ability to work autonomously as part of a small, dedicated team
- Personal resilience matched with a professional, mature and confident approach to overcoming challenges
- An understanding of the Employment Services environment
- Proven experience working with targets and KPIs;
- Advanced skills in the use of the Microsoft Office computing package;
- Previous employment services experience will be highly regarded, (although not essential);
- Outstanding Organisational skills
- Current police clearance no greater than 6 months old (or ability to obtain)
