Job Title: Senior Guest Services Manager
As a senior guest services manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our guest services team and ensure that every guest receives exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and train guest services staff to deliver outstanding customer service
* Manage front office operations, including check-in/check-out procedures, room assignments, and guest queries
* Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry
* Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
