We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Property Styling Logistics Coordinator to join the dynamic team.
Role Overview: As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing the transportation and logistical operations that support property styling projects. This hands-on position involves coordinating furniture transport, ensuring efficient delivery schedules, and maintaining warehouse organization. You will work closely with the styling team to ensure all logistics run smoothly while upholding high standards of professionalism and care.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and execute the transport, loading, and unloading of furniture and styling items safely and efficiently to and from properties.
* Drive a small truck or van to deliver furniture and styling materials to client locations.
* Coordinate delivery schedules to ensure timely and accurate transportation of items.
* Ensure all items are handled with care to prevent damage during transport and installation.
* Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse, vehicles, and styling inventory.
* Perform regular checks and minor maintenance on vehicles and equipment to ensure operational safety.
* Assist with staging and de-staging of properties as required, including furniture placement and styling support.
* Collaborate with the styling team to ensure projects are executed on schedule and to a high standard.
* Keep accurate records of inventory movement and report on logistics activities.
* Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
* Valid driver's license (suitable for operating a small truck or van).
* Ability to lift and move heavy furniture at times safely.
* Experience in logistics, furniture removal, or a related field is highly desirable.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Good communication skills and a professional demeanor.
* Flexibility to work variable hours as needed, including early starts and occasional weekends.
