What You'll Do
Assist brokers in preparing quotes, renewals, and policy documents.
Communicate with clients to gather information and handle enquiries.
Liaise with insurers.
Support the team with administration and client service tasks.
Claims enquiries and management.

What We're Looking For
Great communication skills.
Excellent computer literacy and experience with Microsoft Office products.
Strong attention to detail.
Eagerness to learn and progress.
Experience in financial services, business administration or customer service highly regarded.
