About the role
As a Territory Manager you are responsible for providing and supporting minimally invasive surgical solutions to hospitals. If successful, the Regional Sales Manager for the NSW region will invite you to join a team of inspiring and collaborative individuals. Following our industry leading onboarding program, you will support and grow the full breadth of Applied Medical's diverse product portfolio to provide clinical solutions for a variety of surgical specialities in both public and private operating theatres. You will apply strategic selling skills and clinical knowledge when engaging with specialists and other key stakeholders within the hospital setting. You will quickly establish rapport, credibility and long-term professional relationships that benefit our customers, and align with Applied Medical's company values and mission.
Your responsibilities
* Manage and grow the full breadth of the Applied Medical portfolio of clinical solutions across a range of surgical specialties
* Establish and maintain strong relationships in assigned hospitals
* Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
* Create effective business plans and strategic selling strategies
* Implement and support educational programs
* Exceed customers' expectations while growing your business
About you
Currently working in a medical related field or healthcare sales. Able to provide clinical solutions and value outcomes for all stakeholders. Working within the healthcare setting, you will aim to deliver solutions that benefit our customers and align with the Applied Medical values.
* Proven success in medical related field or other sales experience
* Preferred previous experience providing clinical support in an operating theatre setting
* Curiosity and a passion for learning
* Ability to retain and articulate complex clinical information
* High level of interpersonal skills with the demonstrated ability to successfully engage with all stakeholders
* Practical knowledge of the healthcare space
* Strong business acumen, analytical and organizational skills
* Current Driver's Licence
