Home care worker

Home Care Hervey Bay is looking for caring and reliable individuals to assist seniors in their homes with everyday tasks, companionship, and social support. If you have a passion for helping others and a positive attitude, we will provide the necessary training to support you in this role.

• Provide friendly companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Assist with household tasks such as light cleaning, meal preparation, and shopping.
• Support clients with transport to appointments and community activities.
• Encourage independence and well‐being in a home environment.

• Currently holds or works toward a Certificate 3 in Individual Support.
• A current driver's licence and a reliable, registered, and comprehensively insured vehicle suitable for work purposes (reimbursement of $0.96 per km for use of own vehicle).
• Current police check or willingness to obtain one.
• Valid Australian work rights.
