Salary and Employment
Salary: $81,105 to $91,478 per annum.
Remuneration: $95,981 to $108,257 pa (HEW5) inclusive of salary, 17% superannuation and 17.5% recreation leave loading.
Term: Ongoing, full‐time and fixed‐term, full‐time basis.

Role Overview
HiQ Advisers support enquiries from QUT students, staff, prospective students, and members of the public. The role delivers face‐to‐face, phone, email, and chat services within a tiered service model and serves as an escalation point from Peer Concierge.
Key responsibilities:
* Provide high‐quality face‐to‐face, phone, email, and chat services.
* Act as an escalation point from Peer Concierge within the tiered‐service model.
* Support clients with specialised knowledge across QUT services and operations (student administration, technology, and library).
* Assist clients with interpretations of QUT policies and procedures and engage with specialist service providers across other areas.
* Participate in continual improvement and refinement of student information and processes.
Qualifications & Experience
* Education or training equivalent to completion of a degree or an associate diploma with at least two years' subsequent relevant work experience.
* Demonstrated ability to interpret policies, procedures, and information to support the client experience.
* Client‐service skills in a high‐volume, fast‐paced environment, including escalation, prioritisation, and redirection of enquiries.
* High‐level verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage a diverse range of clients.
* High level of digital literacy and ability to navigate multiple complex information systems.
