We are seeking chef of various skill levels who are comfortable with their methods, have a solid understanding of kitchen operations, and, most importantly, have a strong enthusiasm for food, service, and the restaurant business.

Primary Duties
Maintain food hygiene procedures and abide by QLD health and safety requirements. Assist and mentor kitchen hands, commis chefs, and demi chefs. Make sure that food safety and kitchen maintenance standards are fulfilled. Prepare, cook, and deliver excellent food in your department.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes within your section
Maintain food hygiene practices and adhere to QLD health and safety regulations
Support and guide Demi Chefs, Commis Chefs, and Kitchen Hands
Ensure kitchen maintenance and food safety standards are met and upheld
Skills & Experience
Minimum 1year' experience in a commercial kitchen
Strong organisational, time management, and prioritisation skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to adapt to changing demands and thrive in a fast-paced environment
