Dental Assistant
The Oral Health Service in Western NSW Local Health District is seeking a qualified Dental Assistant to join our team at the Dubbo Community Dental Clinic.
As a Dental Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our dental team. Your key responsibilities will include assisting with dental procedures, preparing and cleaning up after procedures, administration and stock control, and acting as the first point of contact for patients at reception.
We are looking for someone who has excellent communication skills, is able to make patients feel comfortable and listened to, and can work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be working closely with our experienced dental team to provide exceptional patient care and contribute to the success of our clinic.

Key Selection Criteria:
* Completed Certificate III in Dental Assisting or equivalent qualification;
* Experience working in a dental setting, preferably in a community dental clinic;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
* Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
* Ability to maintain accurate records and follow policies and procedures;
* Certification in CPR and First Aid would be highly regarded.
