Formula for Success J oin our Coatings Division as a Glasurit Technical Sales Representative. In this pivotal role, you will manage a dynamic portfolio of BASF customers across New South Wales, providing hands-on training, expert product selection guidance, and exceptional colo u r matching using our renowned Glasurit product range. Your unique artistic perspective will set you apart as you assist clients in realizing their visions with our premium coatings.
As a Glasurit Technician you will:
* Visit clients throughout your territory, providing personalized training and solutions.
* Leverage your artistic background to connect deeply with clients and understand their specific needs and challenges.
* Build strong relationships to gain insights into clients’ team capabilities and identify how Glasurit products can best serve them.
* Provide insightful advice on the latest Glasurit offerings, empowering customers to make informed decisions that align with their creative and technical requirements.
* Develop a strategic account plan for your list of clients, ensuring a targeted approach that maximizes impact and uncovers sales opportunities with Glasurit .
Ingredients for Success To excel in this role, you will need to blend your artistic experience with technical knowledge, establishing trust and rapport with clients from various backgrounds. Your understanding of these technical aspects will be crucial for delivering outstanding service.
You will have :
* Either hold a qualification in Automotive Refinish or equivalent spray painter qualification OR have experience in Automotive spray coatings.
* High emotional intelligence to navigate and resolve challenges effectively, building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
* Demonstrated skills in stakeholder management and communication, both written and verbal.
* Basic Microsoft skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint .
