ROLE IN A NUTSHELL:
As the Store Manager at Review Castle Hill Myer, you’ll be the driving force behind delivering an exceptional customer experience while achieving sales targets and fostering a strong, high-performing team. You'll lead daily operations, coach and develop your staff, uphold brand standards, and ensure the store runs smoothly and stylishly. With a keen eye for fashion and a passion for retail, you’ll inspire both customers and your team every day.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
* Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
* Oversee daily store operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
* Manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment and organisation.
* Maintain high visual merchandising standards to create an attractive shopping environment.
* Train, develop, and support staff, ensuring they have the product knowledge and customer service skills needed to succeed.
* Build strong customer relationships and offer personalised styling advice.
