Job Description Lifecare is seeking a motivated and experienced Practice Manager to lead the daily operations of our clinic, ensuring a productive, professional, and welcoming environment for both staff and clients on a part-time or full-time basis. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, ensuring a clean, well-equipped, and welcoming environment. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Manage rostering within targeted hours, complete payroll and end of month financial reporting requirements. Assist in the recruitment of new staff including; onboarding and performance development/management of staff. Provide support to team members through identifying skill gaps and career pathways. Maintain compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and quality standards. Ensure all WH&S requirements are met and risks are managed effectively.
