Locations: Tarniet Point Cook Werribee Hoppers Crossing Wyndham Vale Truganina Key Responsibilities : Implement and maintain a high-quality program in accordance with NQF, National Law, Regulations, and approved Early Learning Frameworks. Create a warm, inclusive environment, fostering positive partnerships with families. Support the participation of all children, including those with additional needs. Work in partnership with families, encouraging their involvement in the kindergarten community. Engage in professional development to enhance knowledge and skills. Assist in centre administration requirements and maintain hygiene standards. Monitor and evaluate the kindergarten environment for safety and well-being. Support individual progress and development, providing information and support to parents. Understanding of NQF, National Law, Regulations, and Quality Standards. Management skills to prioritise, plan, and organise work efficiently. Interpersonal skills to foster positive communication with team members and the community. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's in early childhood education or Post Graduate Diploma (Should be graduated). Current VIT Card. Knowledge of legislative requirements, developmental frameworks, and NQF. Demonstrated ability to implement high-quality early years educational programs. Working with Children's Check and current ACECQA approved First Aid, Current CPR, Mandatory Child Protection Certificate, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Management Certificates. Recent Police check - within the last 6 months. Current Driver's License (desirable). Key Selection Criteria: Bachelor or Post Graduate Diploma in Children's Services.
